HOW CAN I ACCESS THE TRADING CHATROOM?

Our trading chatroom is hosted through the ZOOM platform. An email is sent out with the access link to our subscribers every morning during the pre-market session. Our chatroom runs Mon-Fri from 8:30 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST.

*Regular stock market hours are 9:30AM EST to 4:00 PM EST.

FOR WHAT TYPE OF TRADING ARE THE SCANNERS TAILORED FOR?

The scanners focus on displaying data for day trading momentum strategies such as "red to green", breakouts, and reversals.  The scanners search for the most important intra-day gappers, stocks making new highs, high price volatility, and elevated relative volume.

 

*Other trading strategies such as options, swing trading, and long term trading may require a different type of analysis to trade that does not necessarily involve using daily stock momentum scanners. 

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT OUR TEAM AT TRADEKNOW?

IS THE LIVE TRADING CHATROOM STREAMING 24/7?

No, our chatroom runs Mon-Fri from

8:30 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST.  This allows the stream to cover pre-market, market-open, and regular-trading hours.

 

*The chatroom can start earlier or stay on later during earnings season to cover market volatility. 

CAN TRADEKNOW TRADE MY ACCOUNT FOR ME?

Our team at Tradeknow only trade in their own accounts and are not licensed financial advisors capable of trading your account.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, the monthly and quarterly plan subscription can be cancelled at any time. Under "My Subscriptions", you can select to cancel. The Yearly plan is a one time payment that does not include re-occurring payments after the period of time has expired. 

WILL LIVE TRADING TAKE PLACE DURING THE STREAM?

Yes, but sharing open and closed positions including P/L may be limited. For security reasons, Tradeknow only shares non-disclosing content such as charts and scanners during our live stream. One of our team members will provide trading commentary and feedback, but will not share sections of the trading platform that may contain personal information.

WHAT DO I NEED TO TRADE THE U.S. STOCK MARKET IF I DON'T LIVE IN THE U.S.A?

There is no citizenship requirement to participate in the U.S. stock market, but there are tax implications.  However, you need the ability to open and fund a brokerage account in the United States or in a country that provides access to the U.S. stock market.  Subscribe to get access to all our courses and start learning today!
